It’s a question we often get from customers. What exactly is it about the hog roast that made it so appealing that we stuck our entire name and brand behind it?

Well, we came to hog roasting well over 20 years ago now. For us, the practice of authentic hog roasting was an experience that we felt all events needed to experience, but unfortunately due to the nature of how hog roasting is typically done it wasn’t easy to find on the market. Hog Roast Stevenage went about changing that.

Our founders worked early to design and manufacture our own mobile hog roasting machine that would be suited to on the road catering. That wasn’t easy to do, and so our first few machines had to be pieced together from parts of various other machines and scrap. It worked, as those machines soon became the roasting machines that you will see every Hog Roast Stevenage team across the country using each and every day at events.

With these machines we have been able to create incredible dining experiences for guests.
